新时代交叉学科背景下的研究生教育探索与实践——以纳米微粒及化工医药应用技术课程为例

摘要 培养新时代科技创新人才是研究生教育的重点任务,而交叉学科的研究特点对研究生教育提出了新要求。文章以纳米微粒及化工医药应用技术这门专业选修课程为例,阐述了该课程建设对研究生培养的必要性和适用性;基于教学实践,从课程目标、课程内容和教学方法等方面,探讨了适合交叉学科研究生教育的教学理念与模式,并提出结合院系学科建设、课题组交叉研究方向、社会发展需求进行课程建设,构建混合式内容、混合式学习、混合式课堂相结合的多元混合教学模式。教学实践表明,该课程教学有助于培养满足社会需求的创新人才,能够助力学生实现全面发展。 Cultivating scientific and technological innovation talents in the new era is an important task of postgraduate education.The characteristics of interdisciplinary researches put forward new requirements for postgraduate education.Based on the elective course of Nanoparticles and Their Applications in Chemical Engineering and Medicine for postgraduate students,this paper expounds the necessity and applicability of the course construction for talent training.Based on teaching practices,the suitable teaching concept and teaching mode are discussed for interdisciplinary postgraduate education from the aspects of teaching objectives,contents and methods.Here,curriculum construction is proposed by considering the needs of departmental discipline construction,interdisciplinary research directions of research groups,and social development.A diversified teaching model is provided including the blended content,blended learning,and blended classrooms.The teaching practices show that this course is effective in cultivating innovative talents for social needs,and it is helpful for students to achieve allround development.
