摘要 提出了一种光伏场站+分散式储能的创新应用模式,分散式储能布置于光伏发电现场区域,储能分两种方式接入光伏,可以直流形式接入光伏变流器直流侧,也可以交流形式接入箱变低压侧.光伏分散式储能系统控制流程主要涉及电力调度控制中心、光伏分散储能协同控制系统、光伏场站集中控制系统.根据现有相关细则政策,进行了光伏场站分散储能经济性分析,并以减少功率预测考核为目的给出了分散式光储控制策略.该成果已在泗洪光伏场站得到示范应用. This paper proposes an innovative application mode of photovoltaic station+distributed energy storage.Distributed energy storage is arranged in the photovoltaic power generation field,and the energy storage can be connected to the photovoltaic power in two ways:it can be connected to the DC side of the photovoltaic converter in DC form,or to the low-voltage side of the converter in AC form.The control process of photovoltaic distributed energy storage system mainly involves power dispatching control center,photovoltaic distributed en-ergy storage control system,and photovoltaic station centralized control system.According to the existing rules and policies,the economy analysis of distributed energy storage in photovoltaic sites is carried out,and the con-trol strategy of distributed photovoltaic storage is presented for the purpose of reducing power prediction and as-sessment.The results have been demonstrated and applied in Sihong Photovoltaic Station.
