基于紫外荧光法的电气设备渗漏油在线监测系统研究

摘要 充油设备在电网运行中占了很大一部分比重,对充油设备的渗漏油点进行实时、精确、响应快的在线监测,可以有效提高运维工作的效率和质量.通过对绝缘油荧光特性进行分析,采用紫外荧光法对渗漏油点进行监测,从光学和电控两方面入手搭建渗漏油监测装置.该装置由脉冲氙灯、光电倍增管(PMT)、电荷耦合器件(CCD)、带通滤光片等元件组成,并基于STM32的端到端物联网技术平台实现了渗漏油观测点的在线监测功能. Oil filling equipment plays an important role in power grid operation.Real-time,accurate and respon-sive online monitoring of oil leakage points of oil filling equipment can effectively improve the efficiency and qual-ity of operation and maintenance.The fluorescent characteristics of insulation oil are analyzed,and ultraviolet fluo-rescence method is used to monitor the leakage point.The leakage oil monitoring device is built from two aspects of optical and electric control.The system is composed of pulsed xenon lamp,photomultiplier tube(PMT),charge coupled device(CCD),bandpass filter and other components,and is based on the end-to-end Internet of Things technology platform of STM32.Finally,the function of online monitoring of oil leakage observation point isrealized.
