海上多平台互联电力系统主动解列控制方案研究

摘要 海上电力系统的多平台互联和可靠运行是系统协同工作和海洋资源开发的重要保障,与传统陆地系统相比,海上多平台互联电力系统的弱互联、大负荷冲击、复杂运行工况、孤立运行等特点,导致了其高可靠运行面临众多挑战.基于海上多平台互联电力系统运行面临的问题,首先分析了海上多平台互联电力系统大停电因素,然后基于海上多平台互联电力系统特点,研究民海上多平台互联电力系统主动解列措施,提出了基于故障事件及频率电压变化率的逐级主动解列方案,并针对海上多平台互联电力系统发生的不同严重故障,研究了快速恢复无故障区间频率和电压的稳定控制策略,以维持海上多平台互联电力系统的安全稳定运行,解决了海上多平台互联电力系统发送严重故障难以锁定故障源位置、难以确定需解列区域的问题.最后通过在海上多平台互联电力系统孤立电网中的应用进行仿真,验证了主动解?控制方案的有效性.提出的技术方案有效提高了海上多平台互联电力系统孤立电网的安全稳定运行水平及经济效益,也对其他孤立电网的运行控制具有较强的实际借鉴和参考价值. The multi-platform interconnection and reliable operation of the offshore power system is an important guarantee for the system cooperative work and the marine resource development.Compared with the traditional land system,the offshore multi-platform interconnection power system faces many challenges in its high reliable operation due to its weak interconnection,large load impact,complex equipment operating conditions and isolated operation.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the blackout factors of the offshore multi-platform interconnected power system,and then studies its active splitting measures based on its characteristics.Then it proposes a step-by-step active splitting scheme based on the fault events and the frequency and voltage change rate.The frequency and voltage stability control strategy of the fault-free interval is studied for different serious faults occurring in the multi-platform interconnected power system at sea,so as to maintain its safe and stable operation,and solve the problem that it is difficult to lock the location of the fault source and determine the region to be split when serious faults are sent by the system.Finally,the effectiveness of the active de-column control scheme is verified by simulation in the isolated grid of the multi-platform interconnected power system at sea.The proposed technical scheme effectively improves the safe and stable operation level and economic benefits of the isolated power grid of the multi-platform interconnected power system at sea,and also has a strong practical reference value for the operation control of other isolated power grids.
