摘要
基于C60高性能机制砂混凝土理论配合比设计,研究了不同细度模数、片状颗粒含量、絮凝剂残留量、石粉含量的机制砂对混凝土工作性能和抗压强度的影响,最终确认各组分原材料最佳性能指标及掺量。通过生产线大机试拌、实际生产和后期质量回访等环节,验证了在高强混凝土领域中机制砂完全可以取代天然砂的作用,进一步拓展了机制砂的应用范围。
Based on the theoretical mix proportion design of C6o,the effect of manufactured sand with different fineness modulus,flake particle content,flocculant residue,and stone powder content on working performance and compressive strength of concrete was studied.Finally,this study confirmed the optimum performance index and mixing dosage of respective raw component materials.Through the production line of large machine trial mixing,actual manufacturing and post-quality return monitoring,it's verified that manufactured sand can successfully replace natural sand in high-strength concrete,indicating the further wide application of the manufactured sand.
