PNF模式下的呼吸训练对急性心肌梗死患者PCI后心肺功能和运动能力的影响 被引量:1

Effect of respiratory training in NF mode on cardiopulmonary function and exercise capacity in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI

摘要 目的探讨本体感觉神经肌肉促进疗法(PNF)模式下的呼吸训练对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后心肺功能和运动能力的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月在该院治疗的PCI术后患者116例,使用随机数表法分为对照组与PNF组,每组58例。对照组予以常规呼吸训练,PNF组予以PNF模式下的呼吸训练,二组均干预14d。比较二组干预前和干预后左室射血分数(LVEF)、峰值摄氧量(VO_(2)Peak)、第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC比值、5次坐立试验(FTSST)和6min步行试验(6MWT)等评估数据。结果干预后,二组FEV1、VO_(2)Peak、和FEV1、FVC和FEV1/FVC水平治疗前相比增高(P<0.05),且PNF组FEV1、VO_(2)Peak、和FEV1、FVC和FEV1/FVC水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。相比对照组,PNF组干预后FTSST降低(P<0.05),6MWT增高(P<0.05)。结论相比常规呼吸训练,PNF模式下呼吸训练能够更好地改善AMI患者PCI术后心肺功能,提高其运动能力。 Objective To investigate the effect of respiratory training under proprioceptive neuromuscular fa-cilitation(PNF)mode on cardiopulmonary function and exercise capacity in patients with acut myocardial in-farction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods One hundred and sixteen patients after PCI treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and PNF group by random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine respiratory training,and the PNF group was given respiratory training under PNF mode.Both groups were intervened for 14 days.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),peak oxygen uptake(VO_(2)Peak),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC ratio,five sitting test(FTSST)and 6-minute walking test(6MWT)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the levels of FEV1,VO,Peak,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of FEV1,VO,Peak,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the PNF group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,FTSST decreased(P<0.05),and 6MWT increased in the PNF group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine respiratory training,respiratory training in PNF mode can better improve cardiopulmonary function and exercise ability of AMI patients after PCI.
