新形势下南通建筑业民营经济的脆弱性分析与发展对策

Analysis and Development Strategies of Private Economy Vulnerability in Nantong's Construction Industry under New Circumstances

针对新形势下南通建筑业民营经济发展所遇到的问题,在界定南通建筑业民营经济脆弱性的内涵及具体表现的基础上,分析得到资金周转压力巨大与融资难、企业经营管理路径消极依赖、产业同质化严重且层次低端是引发南通建筑业民营经济脆弱性的主要诱因,提出了加大融资帮扶和工程款支付监管的力度、改革经营管理体制、推动产业业态转型升级、引领产业链价值提升等应对之策,以期增强南通建筑业民营经济发展的韧性和捍卫南通“建筑铁军”“建筑之乡”的美誉。

In light of the challenges confronting the development of the private economy within the construction industry in Nantong under new circumstances,this paper delineates the connotation and specific manifestations of the private economy in the industry.Drawing on this basis and further analysis,this paper reveals the principal causes of the vulnerability,including substantial pressures on fund turnover,financing difficulties,reliance on negative corporate management paths,severe industrial homogenization,and low-end status.In response,this paper puts forth measures such as intensifying financing assistance,enhancing project payment oversight,revamping the operational management system,driving the transformation and upgrading of industrial formats,and spearheading the value enhancement of the industrial chain,in the hope of reinforcing the resilience of the private economy in the construction industry in Nantong and safeguarding Nantong's esteemed reputation as a"Construction Iron Army"and"Hometown of Construction".
