连铸结晶器喂钢带工艺技术研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress of steel strip feeding technology in continuous casting mold

摘要 连铸坯中心偏析、中心疏松等内部缺陷严重影响产品的力学性能,向结晶器内喂入钢带是提高铸坯内部质量的有效方法。喂入钢带对结晶器内原本复杂的多物理场产生诸多影响,涉及流动、熔化、凝固、传热及溶质输运等基础科学问题。梳理了该工艺冷钢带在热钢液中的熔化规律、喂钢带对结晶器内多物理场的影响、喂钢带对连铸坯凝固组织的影响和喂钢带工艺制度及工艺参数4个方面的研究进展,并提出了未来可能的研究方向。 The inner defects such as centerline segregation and center looseness of continuous casting billet seriously affect the mechanical properties of the products.Feeding steel strip into the mold is an effective method to improve the inner quality of casting billet.The strip feeding has many effects on the complex multi-physical fields in the mold,which involve basic scientific problems such as flow,melting,solidification,heat transfer and solute trans-port.The melting law of cold steel strip in hot molten steel,the influence of steel strip feeding on multi-physical fields in mold,the influence of steel strip feeding on solidification structure of continuous casting billet and steel strip feeding process system and process parameters are reviewed.The possible research directions in the future are also proposed.
