营养型糯玉米新品种‘申科糯601’的选育及营养成分分析

摘要 ‘申科糯601’是以SWL05为母本,SWL10为父本组配而成的糯玉米杂交新品种。为更好地推广该品种,以‘申科糯601’为研究对象,对其产量、营养成分、综合农艺性状进行研究分析。结果表明:在‘申科玉(东南区)鲜食玉米品种联合体试验中,2020年,‘申科糯601’平均鲜穗产量12310.5 kg∕hm^(2),2021年,平均鲜穗产量12505.5 kg∕hm^(2);该品种生育期77.7 d左右。品尝品质综合评分87.6分,皮渣率9.5%,支链淀粉占总淀粉的百分比为97.9%。营养成分分析显示,‘申科糯601’的叶酸含量为218.82μg∕(100 g),维生素C含量为1.063 mg∕(100 g);VE总含量是0.284 mg∕(100 g),包括δ-VE、γ-VE和α-VE,其含量分别是0.009、0.205、0.070 mg∕(100 g);叶黄素、玉米黄质和β-胡萝卜素含量分别是1.403、0.057、0.003 mg∕(100 g),赖氨酸含量为0.35 g∕(100 g),比对照高40%,微量元素K、P、Mg、Ca、Fe、Zn、Na、Al、Cu、Mn、Ni、Cr和Co的含量分别为195.963、146.564、57.660、4.554、1.441、0.969、0.741、0.631、0.302、0.271、0.052、0.018 mg∕(100 g)和0.016 mg∕(100 g)。 ‘Shenkenuo 601’is a new waxy maize hybrid with‘SWL05’as the female parent and‘SWL10’as the male parent.The yield,nutritional composition and comprehensive agronomic characters of‘Shenkenuo 601’were analyzed in order to provide a theoretical basis for better popularization of this variety.‘Shenkenuo 601’participated in the Shenkeyu(South-East District)fresh-eating maize variety combination experiment in 2020 and 2021,and the results showed that during 2020,the average fresh ear yield of‘Shenkenuo 601’was 12310.5 kg∕hm^(2),the average fresh ear yield of 2021 was 12505.5 kg∕hm^(2);Its whole growth period was about 77.7 days,the comprehensive score of tasting quality was 87.6,the skin residue rate was 9.5%,and the percentage of amylopectin in the total starch was 97.9%.Nutrient composition analysis showed that,the folic acid content of‘Shenkenuo 601’was 218.82μg∕(100 g),the vitamin C content was 1.063 mg∕(100 g);the total VE content was 0.284 mg∕(100 g),includingδ-VE,γ-VE andα-VE,the contents were 0.009,0.205,0.070 mg∕(100 g),respectively;The contents of lutein,zeaxanthin andβ-carotene were 1.403,0.057,0.003 mg∕(100 g),respectively,and the content of lysine was 0.35 g∕(100 g),which was 40%higher than that of the control;The contents of micronutrient K、P、Mg、Ca、Fe、Zn、Na、Al、Cu、Mn、Ni、Cr、and Co were 195.963、146.564、57.660、4.554、1.441、0.969、0.741、0.631、0.302、0.271、0.052、0.018 mg∕(100 g)and 0.016 mg∕(100 g),respectively.
