基于非靶向代谢组学分析长孢假单隔孢侵染对羊肚菌代谢的影响

Effect of Pseudodiploöspora longispora Infection on Morchella esculenta Metabolism Based on Non-targeted Metabonomics Analysis

摘要 以羊肚菌子实体为试材,利用非靶向代谢组学、样本相关性分析、偏最小二乘法判别分析、聚类分析和KEGG富集分析等方法,研究了羊肚菌白霉病在不同侵染阶段中的代谢物差异。结果表明:不同时期羊肚菌受到侵染的代谢物存在较大差异,共鉴定出395种代谢物,大部分代谢化合物不存在显著差异,其中在M1与M2、M1与M3样本中分别检测到81和146个差异代谢物。此外,KEGG主要富集到全局地图和总览图、氨基酸代谢、辅因子和维生素代谢及核苷酸代谢等代谢途径;HMDB主要富集到有机酸及其衍生物、脂质和类脂质类、有机杂环化合物、苯甲酸酯类等代谢途径。 The fruiting body of Morchella esculenta was used as the test material,and non-targeted metabolomics,sample correlation analysis,least squares discriminant analysis,cluster analysis and KEGG enrichment analysis were used to study the differences in metabolites during different infection stages of Pseudodiploöspora longispora.The results showed that there were significant metabolic differences in the samples of M.esculenta at different stages of infection.A total of 395 metabolites were identified,and most metabolic compounds did not show significant differences.Among them,81 differential metabolites were detected in the M1 and M2 samples.and 146 differential metabolites in M1 and M3 samples.In addition,KEGG is mainly enriched in metabolic pathways such as Global and overview maps,Amino acid metabolism,Metabolism of cofactors and vitamins,and nucleotide metabolism.HMDB is mainly enriched in organic acids and derivatives,lipids and lipid-like molecules,organoheterocyclic compounds,benzenoids and other metabolic pathways.
