山西省玉米种植的生态效率及其影响因素研究

摘要 基于山西省2012—2021年种植玉米的相关数据,构建了非期望产出的超效率SBM模型,测度分析了山西省玉米种植生态效率,通过建立Tobit回归模型,深入分析了不同因素对山西省玉米种植生态效率的影响。研究结果表明,在2012—2016年间,玉米种植的生态效率处于有效状态,总体发展态势良好,在2015年达到最高值后呈现出波动下降的趋势,而玉米种植的规模效率在研究期间均未达到有效水平,后续需对玉米种植的规模进行合理规划。在影响山西省玉米种植生态效率的因素中,农民收入水平和财政支农水平对玉米种植生态效率的提高产生了负面抑制作用,而城镇化水平、灌溉率、农业机械投入和农业规模化水平对其表现为正向推动作用。 Based on the relevant data of maize planting in Shanxi Province from 2012 to 2021,this paper constructed the super efficiency SBM model of unexpected output to measure and analyze the ecological efficiency of maize planting in Shanxi Province.In order to further study the influence of different factors on the ecological efficiency of maize planting in Shanxi Province,the Tobit model was set up.The results showed that from 2012 to 2016,the ecological efficiency of maize planting was in an effective state,and the overall development trend was good.After reaching the highest value in 2015,it showed a downward trend of fluctuation.However,the scale efficiency of corn planting did not reach the effective level during the study period,so it is necessary to carry out reasonable planning and design for the scale of corn planting in the future.Among the factors affecting the ecological efficiency of corn planting in Shanxi Province,the income level of farmers and the financial support level had a negative repression effect on the progress of the ecological efficiency of corn planting.The urbanization level,irrigation rate,agricultural equipment input and agricultural scale level had a positive effect on the improvement of maize planting ecological efficiency.
