摘要
研究北五味子(Schisandra chinensis)的耐盐性.结果表明,北五味子幼苗的脯氨酸含量、POD活性和SOD活性随着盐分浓度的增加而增加,植物调节渗透式的能力增强和清除多余活性氧的数量增加,北五味子表现出较强的耐盐性.
We studied the salt tolerance of Schisandra chinensis.The results showed that with the increase of soil salt concentration,the proline content,POD activity,and SOD activity of Schisandra chinensis seedlings increased,indicating that Schisandra chinensis has strong osmotic potential regulation ability and the ability to remove excess reactive oxygen species,and has strong salt tolerance.
