摘要
中山大学附属第一医院麻醉科专业基地针对麻醉住院医师沟通合作核心胜任力的培养进行了人文沟通课程设计与实践的探索。第一轮课程采用了理论授课和情境模拟培训。在情境模拟复盘阶段发现该教学方法存在住院医师多停留在表面的表演,难以启动深入的反思和自主行为改变的不足。教学团队反思后提出第二轮课程采用叙事模拟的教学方法,探索模拟教学与叙事医学有机结合的沟通技能培训方式。同时,积极研究住院医师沟通合作能力的评价标准,以评价学习效果和指导课程建设。
The Department of Anesthesiology of the First Afilated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University explored the training of communication and cooperation core competency among anesthesia residents by developing a clinical communication curriculum.The first round of the communication curriculum used theoretical teaching and scenario simulation.During the scenario simulation,we found the residents'performance was superficial.It was difficult to initiate their deep reflection and selfdetermined behavior change.Affer the course,the teaching team proposed to use the narrative simulation teaching method during the second round of training.Next,we are going to explore a curriculum that is combined with scenario simulation and narrative medicine.At the same time,we are searching for the assessment standard of the anesthesia resident's communication and cooperation competency,to find out the standard to evaluate the curriculum and guide the course development.
