“四严四会”培养临床病理科卓越医生的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of"Four Rigour and Four Capabilities"in training outstanding pathological doctors

临床病理诊断是疾病诊断的“金标准”,是精准医学的基本前提和保证。长期以来,我国病理医师严重匮乏,病理诊断水平良莠不齐,而病理医生的培养是一个漫长且辛苦的过程。如何快速、高效地培养出卓越的病理医师是目前亟待解决的问题。住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是病理医师毕业后医学教育的重要部分,也是培养卓越病理医生的重要途径,对于培养高层次病理型人才、提高病理诊断质量具有重要意义,是切实解决我国病理医师匮乏的有效途径。目前,国内住培工作尚处于起步阶段,尚无标准的工作流程和成熟的经验。该研究紧密围绕住培大纲要求,结合临床病理科住院医师自身的成长规律,初步探索了临床病理科住培工作的培养模式,提出了基于岗位胜任能力为核心的“四严四会”培养体系,旨在为临床病理科住培提供经验和思路。

Clinicopathological diagnosis is the"gold standard"for disease diagnosis and the basic premise and guarantee of precision medicine.For a long time,there has been a serious shortage of pathologists in China,and the level of pathological diagnosis varies.The training of pathologists is a long and arduous process.How to train excellent pathologists quickly and efficiently is an urgent problem to be solved.The standardized training of resident physicians is an important part of the medical education of pathologists affer graduation,and it is also an important way to cultivate outstanding pathologists.It is of great significance for cultivating high-level pathological talents and improving the quality of pathological diagnosis.At present,the standardized training of domestic residents is still in its infancy,and there are no standard workflow and mature experience.This study closely focused on the requirements of the standardized residency training program,combined with the development of pathology residents,and initially explored the training mode of standardized training for pathology residents.The training system aimed to provide experience and ideas for the standardized training of pathology residents.
