外科住院医师规范化培训融入课程思政教育的探索与思考

Exploration and thinking of ideological and political education in the surgical standardized residency training

外科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)和课程思政的融合是毕业后医学教育的新课题,具有极为重要的意义。针对外科住培带教特点和融入课程思政的难点,结合外科住培融入课程思政的现状与存在的不足,剖析实现度不高的根源,思考解决核心问题的关键,提出外科住培融入课程思政的3种方式:利用教学活动融合课程思政,利用临床技能培训传递课程思政,利用临床带教示范课程思政。以探索外科住培融入课程思政教育的有效切入点、科学呈现方式和全新教学内容,探究外科住培融入课程思政直击人心的可行性。以期在向住院医师传授专业知识技能的同时,进行全方位人文素质培养,落实“立德树人”的教育方针,实现毕业后医学教育中课程知识传承与思政教育同向同行,为国家培养出德才兼备的高素质医学人才。

The integration of ideological education into the surgical standardized residency training is a new topic in medical education after students'graduation.It is extremely important.Aiming at the characteristics of surgical residency training and teaching and the difficulties of integrating into the ideological and political curriculum,combined with the current situation and existing deficiencies in the integration of surgical residency training into the ideological and political curriculum,the root cause of the low degree of realization was analyzed,the key to solving the core problems was considered,and the integration of surgical residency training was proposed.Three ways of ideological and political courses were proposed:ideological education in the surgical standardized residency training by teaching activities,by clinical skills training and by clinical teaching demonstration courses.In order to explore the entry point,method and content of the integration of surgical residency training into curriculum ideological and political education,the feasibility of integrating surgical residency training into curriculum ideological and political education was explored.We hope to impart professional knowledge and skills to residents,at the same time,carry out all-round humanistic quality training,implement the educational policy of"cultivating people with morality",realize the inheritance of curriculum knowledge and ideological and political education in post-graduation medical education,and cultivate high-quality medical talents with both ability and political integrity.
