浅析住院医师在呼吸科临床思维培养中存在的问题和应对策略

Analysis on the problems and measures in the training process of residents'clinical thinking in the standardized training of respiratory department

住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是临床医生建立良好临床思维的最佳过程,呼吸内科包含了较多内科系统的常见病和多发病,同时也不乏疑难危重病和少见病,是培养住院医师临床思维、提升其综合分析能力的重要科室。该文针对住院医师在呼吸内科进行规范化培训期间培养临床诊断思维过程中存在的常见问题及应对策略进行了综合分析,以期能够有助于住培指导医师带教、住院医师学习,旨在切实落实好我国住培工作的整体布局,提升住院医师临床思维的整体素质和水平。

Standardized residency training is the best stage for clinicians to establish good clinical thinking.There are some difficult,critical and rare diseases in respiratory medicine besides many common diseases.It is very important to cultivate residents'clinical thinking and improve their comprehensive analysis ability during the rotation in respiratory department.A comprehensive analysis on the common problems and coping strategies in the process of cultivating clinical diagnostic thinking during the standardized residency training in respiratory medicine was carried out in our study,in order to help the residency training teachers to teach and to help the residents to learn.The fundamental aim was to effectively implement the overall layout of standardized residency training in China and to improve the overall quality and level of clinical thinking of residents.
