儿科疾病诊疗思维慕课建设与应用初探

摘要 目的探索建设全新的《儿科疾病诊疗思维》慕课,应用于儿科住院医师规范化培训,提高儿科住院医师的临床思维能力。方法建设《儿科疾病诊疗思维》课程,调研该课程及其他儿科课程2021年12月前在中国大学慕课平台的运行情况,同时对该课程学习者进行调查,评价课程应用效果,为后期课程改进提供依据。结果中国大学慕课平台现有的儿科课程包括3类,第一类是《儿科学》等传统课程,第二类是以本课程为代表的儿科临床思维相关课程,第三类是一些重点阐述儿童某个特定生长阶段或器官系统疾病的课程。《儿科疾病诊疗思维》课程运行至今已有3个周期,累计1670人选课,最终113人通过考核,多为住院医师。住院医师对课程整体评价较高,对于课程中诊疗知识的认可度和理解度明显高于学习前从其他途径获取的诊疗知识(P<0.001)。结论《儿科疾病诊疗思维》课程建设符合新时代医学人才培养要求,需进一步拓展开课形式,改善学习支持服务体系,以提高学习者黏性。 Objective To explore the construction of a brand new Massive Open Online Course(MOOC)of Pediatric Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Thinking,which was applied in standardized training of pediatric residents to improve the clinical thinking ability of pediatric residents.Methods We constructed the course"Pediatric Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Thinking",and investigated the operation of this course and other pediatric courses on the platform of Chinese University MO0C before December 2021.At the same time,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the learners of this course to evaluate the application effect of the course and provide a basis for later course improvement.Results It was found that three categories of pediatric courses were included on the platform of Chinese University MOOC.The first category included traditional courses such as"Pediatrics",the second category was related to pediatric clinical thinking represented by this course,and the third category focused on a particular growth stage or a particular organ system disease in children.The course"Pediatric Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Thinking"had been run for three terms so far,and a total of 1670 people had taken the course.In the end,113 people passed the test,most of whom were pediatric residents.The course was highly rated by the participants,whose recognition and understanding of the diagnosis and treatment knowledge in the course were significantly higher than those obtained from other ways before learning(P<0.001).Conclusion The construction of the course"Pediatric Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Thinking"meets the requirements of medical practice training in the new era.It is necessary to further expand the form of class,improve the course service system,and increase the adhesiveness of learners.
