中医住院医师规范化培训中人文素养培育的供给侧改革探索

Exploration on the supply side reform of humanistic education in the standardized residency training of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医类专业学生毕业后,要以住院医师身份在住培基地接受规范化和同质化的培训。通过分析中医住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)过程中人文素养培育所面临的困境,将经济领域的“供给侧改革”思维应用到住院医师人文素养培育这个关键领域,从而提出从需求端出发,不断优化中医住培中供给主体、供给内容、供给方式和供给环境等人文素养培育的对策,为中医类人才培养开拓新思路。

College students majoring in TCM need to receive standardized and homogeneous training as resident physicians in the standardized training base after they graduate.This paper analyzes the predicament faced by humanistic education in the standardized training of residents,applies the"supply-side reform"thinking in the economic field to the key field of resident humanistic education,and puts forward some countermeasures for humanistic education by optimizing the supply subject,the content,the supply method,and the supply environment from the supply side,thus provides new ideas for the cultivation of TCM talents.
