摘要
以多酚化合物为前体物质,通过生物转化形成色素,可实现以低质天然产物为原料对纺织品的生物染色。为提高多酚类物质对纤维的亲和力,促进对织物的上染,采用全细胞生物催化法进行生物氧化,实现多酚化合物的聚合,提高上染率。分析生物氧化染色过程的影响因素,并考察生物氧化染色的效果。结果表明,染色羊毛织物K/S值为20.64,染色锦纶织物K/S值为10.35,且染色后织物具有良好的色牢度、透染性、防紫外线性能。
Using polyphenolic compounds as precursors and forming pigments through biotransformation,the biodyeing of textiles with low-quality natural products as raw materials can be realized.In order to improve the affinity of polyphenols to fiber and promote the dyeing of fabric,whole-cell bio-catalysis was used for biological oxidation to realize the polymerization of polyphenolic compounds and improve the dyeing rate.The factors influencing the process of biological oxidation dyeing were analyzed,and the effect of biological oxidation dyeing was investigated.The results show that the K/S value of dyed wool fabric is 20.64,and 10.35 for the dyed nylon fabric.The dyed fabric has good color fastness,permeability and UV resistance.
