摘要
针对目前市场上的骑行服标准未对骑行服的服装压进行明确规定,大多数企业在开发产品时未根据肌肉贡献率对不同肌肉部位进行防护设计,造成骑行服开发存在不稳定性和不可控性问题。文章以紧身骑行服为研究对象,从运动功效评价指标入手,包括肌电、峰值功率、最大踏频、心率,通过500 m竞速骑行试验,探究运动功效与服装压之间的关系。结果表明,不同肌群对服装压的敏感程度并不相同,因此在设计骑行服时应针对不同部位优化宽裕量,改变服装压,促使运动员募集更多肌纤,提高运动表现。
At present,cycling clothing standards in the market does not clearly regulate clothing pressure,and most enterprises do not make protection design for different muscle parts according to muscle contribution rate during product development,resulting in instability and uncontrollable cycling clothing development.In this paper,the tight-fitting cycling clothing was selected as the research object,and the relationship between exercise efficacy and clothing pressure was explored through 500 m racing cycling experiment starting with the evaluation indices of exercise efficacy(emG,peak power,maximum tread frequency and heart rate).The results show that different muscle groups have different sensitivity to clothing pressure.Therefore,when designing cycling clothes,we should optimize the margin for different parts and change clothing pressure to facilitate athletes in collecting more muscle fibers and improve sports performance.
