常见金属镀膜纤维鉴别方法的探讨

摘要 文章主要探讨采用显微镜法、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)、X射线荧光光谱法对金属镀膜纤维进行鉴别的可行性,以常见的金属镀膜纤维为研究对象,观察各种样品在显微镜下的纤维形态,并通过ICP-OES法和X射线荧光光谱法测试各样品中金属元素的含量。结果表明,采用显微镜法能够鉴别纤维表面是否存在镀膜,ICP-OES法结合X射线荧光光谱法能够测试金属元素的含量,将两者有机结合即可准确鉴别金属镀膜纤维。 In this paper,the methods of identification of metallized fibers by microscope,inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry are discussed.The common metallized fibers are studied,the fiber morphology of various samples is observed under the microscope,and the content of metal elements in each sample is tested by ICP-OES and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method.The results show that the metal coating on the fiber surface can be identified by microscope,and the content of metal in the fiber can be measured by ICP-OES and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,and the combination of the two methods can accurately identify metallized fibers.
