Reform of the Teaching Pattern of College English Course Guided by the Concept of"PAD"

本文分析了“教学模式”的概念和当前大学英语的教学现状,然后围绕新教学模式改革,分析了“对分课堂”新型教学模式指导下的大学英语教学内容与教学方法,提出一系列的具体举措,对提升学生学习积极性、课堂参与度和口语能力有借鉴意义。

This thesis has analyzed the concept of"teaching modes"and the status quo of college English course teaching and proposed to adopt the teaching mode of PAD(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion)class regarding the reform of teaching mode within which relevant teaching contents and teaching methods are presented.Specific measures are put forward which may shed some light on how to improve students'enthusiasm,participation and oral English proficiency in class.
