地区大数据发展如何影响企业数字化转型?

How does the Development of Regional Big Data Affect the Digital Transformation of Enterprises?

随着数字经济逐渐成为我国经济发展的新引擎,通过企业数字化转型战略布局来推动数字经济发展至关重要。大数据作为推动数字化转型的核心要素,对企业数字化转型意义重大。本文将宏观地区大数据发展与微观企业数字化转型相结合,以2013—2020年中国沪深A股上市公司为样本,实证研究了地区大数据发展对企业数字化转型的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,地区大数据发展显著促进企业数字化转型,而且主要是通过提升企业创新水平、增强企业治理能力、提高企业融资水平赋能企业数字化转型,同时该促进效应在非国有企业、高科技企业、东部地区企业中更为明显。本文既为地区大数据发展提供参考,也为企业高效合理地利用大数据实现数字化转型战略目标提供有益启示。

As the digital economy has gradually become a new engine for China's economic de-velopment,it is very important to promote the development of the digital economy through the strategic layout of enterprise digital transformation.As the core element of promoting digital trans-formation,big data is of great significance to enterprise digital transformation.This paper com-bines macro-level regional development with micro-level enterprise transformation,and empirically studies the impact of regional big data development on enterprise digital transformation and its mechanism by taking China's Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2020 as samples.It is found that,the development of regional big data significantly promotes the enter-prises digital transformation,and mainly enables the enterprises digital transformation by impro-ving the innovation level of enterprises,enhancing the governance ability of enterprises,and impro-ving the financing level of enterprises.Meanwhile,the promotion effect is more obvious in non-state-owned enterprises,high-tech enterprises,and enterprises in the eastern region.This paper not only provides a reference for the development of regional big data,but also provides useful en-lightenment for enterprises to efficiently and reasonably use big data to achieve the strategic goal of digital transformation.
