数字化转型驱动了企业协同创新吗? 被引量:9

Does Digital Transformation Drive Enterprise Collaborative Innovation?

摘要 数字化转型为企业带来了新的发展契机,也为企业增添了新的创新动力。本文以我国2009—2021年A股制造业上市公司为样本,实证检验了数字化转型对企业协同创新的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:数字化转型显著提高了企业的协同创新水平,该结论在考虑多重稳健性检验后依然成立。通过机制检验发现,数字化转型主要通过“创新资源获取”效应和“交易成本降低”效应两条路径提高企业协同创新水平。进一步研究发现,当企业运营效率较低、属于劳动密集型产业以及所处地域的知识产权保护程度较高时,数字化转型对企业协同创新的促进效果更为显著。本文拓展了数字化转型的微观经济后果,同时为企业协同创新提供了全新的激励因素。 The digital transformation has brought new development opportunities for enterprises and added new innovation impetus to enterprises.Taking China's A-share listed manufacturing companies from 2009 to 2021 as samples,this paper empirically examines the impact of digital transformation on corporate collaborative innovation and its mechanism.The research finds that,digital transformation has significantly improved the level of collaborative innovation of enterprises,which is still valid in multiple robustness tests.The mechanism test finds that,digital transforma-tion mainly improves the level of enterprise collaborative innovation through two paths:the"inno-vation resource acquisition"effect and the"transaction cost reduction"effect.Further research finds that,when the efficiency of enterprise operation is low,the enterprise belongs to the labor in-tensive industry and the degree of intellectual property protection in the region is high,digital transformation has a more significant effect on promoting collaborative innovation of enterprises.This paper expands the microeconomics consequences of digital transformation,and provides new incentives forenterprise collaborative innovation.
