摘要
传统的水仓清挖系统需要工人在水仓内连续作业,但井下水仓环境较为恶劣,危险性大,传统水仓清挖系统需要解决远程控制、实时传输数据等技术。因此系统安装雷达、倾角、气体报警等传感器及高清隔爆摄像头,并在上位机软件中组态画面,实现实时监视清仓机状态并控制,并将数据上传至煤矿工业以太环网。水仓清挖系统远程控制系统能够通过上位机远程监视工作情况并操作,实现无人值守,减轻了煤矿工人的工作强度,提高了工作效率和煤矿智能化水平,确保煤矿安全生产。
The traditional water sump cleaning and digging system requires workers to work continuously inside the water sump,but the environment of the well water sump is relatively harsh and dangerous.The traditional water sump cleaning and digging system needs to solve technologies such as remote control and real-time data transmission.Therefore,the system is equipped with sensors such as radar,tilt angle,gas alarm,and high-definition explosion-proof cameras,and the screen is configured in the upper computer sofware to achieve real-time monitoring and control of the clearing machine status,and upload the data to the coal mine industrial ethernet ring network.The remote control system of the water sump cleaning and digging system can remotely monitor the work situation and operate through the upper computer,achieve unmanned operation,reduce the work intensity of coal miners,improve work efficiency and intelligent level of coal mines,and ensure safe production in coal mine.
