煤矿井下定向钻进用可循环固控设备的研制

摘要 随着煤炭开发利用安全要求的不断提高,瓦斯预抽定向钻孔已成为煤矿开采前的必不可少的重要环节。结合石油钻井中钻井流体的循环处理利用设备的功能,进行设备的功能化、小型化、轻量化改进,研制出与定向钻机配套的可循环用水固控设备。现场试验结果表明,该设备处理量能够与定向钻机工作的流量相匹配,同时循环利用的水质也能够满足泥浆泵、马达正常运转,具有广阔的推广前景。 With the continuous improvement of safety requirements for coal development and utilization,gas pre-drainage directional drlling has become an essential important link before coal mining.By combining the function of the equipment for circulating treatment and utilization of drilling fluid in oil drilling,the equipment is improved in function,miniaturization and lightweighting,a recyclable water solid control equipment was developed to match directional drlling rig.The field test results show that the treatment capacity of the equipment can match the flow rate of directional drilling rig,and the water quality of recycling can also meet the normal operation of mud pump and motor,which has borad promotion prospect.
