摘要
提出适用速度达到20m/s、终端荷载3750kN的过卷过放防护装置的制动力、缓冲距离、制动减速度等主要技术参数的设计计算方法。介绍了钢带式过卷过放防护装置的设计和选型的流程,通过性能试验得到制动力和钢带宽度、钢带厚度、动定轴压缩量等参数的关系,为超大规格钢带式过卷过放防护装置研发设计、使用提供重要参考,对此类安全装备的快速发展和实践应用具有重大意义。
The design and calculation method of main technical parameters of braking force,buffering distance and braking deceleration of overwinding and overdischarging protection device with suitable speed up to 20 m/s and terminal load up to 3750 kN was put forward.Introduced the design and selection process of steel strip overwinding and overdischarg protection device,and obtained the relationship between braking force and parameters such as strip width,strip thickness,dynamic fixed axial compression volume,etc.It provides an important reference for the design and application of super large size steel strip overwinding and overdischarging protection device,and is of great significance for the rapid development and practical application of this kind of safety equipment.
