摘要
基于数学模型对ZY6800/14/32型液压支架进行建模,结合扭转载荷特性对液压支架进行有限元分析,通过迈实软件计算得出液压支架主要受力情况,并与有限元分析结果进行对比,得出较为可信的ZY6800/14/32型液压支架应力、应变规律,为后续优化计算和建立更为简化的理论分析模型奠定基础.
Based on the mathematical model,the ZY6800/14/32 hydraulic support was modeled.Combined with the torsional load characteristics,the finite element analysis of the hydraulic support was carried out.The main stress of the hydraulic support was calculated by the Milestone software,and compared with the finite element analysis results,the more reliable stress and strain law of the ZY6800/14/32 hydraulic support were obtained,which lays the foundation for the subsequent optimization calculation and the establishment of a more simplified theoretical analysis model.
