摘要
在煤矿采掘设备的液压控制系统中,防爆三通比例减压阀有着广泛的应用,可作为电液控制系统中控制阀组的先导阀。主要分析了防爆三通比例减压阀的基本结构和工作原理,并通过软件建立模型仿真分析,对防爆三通比例减压阀的动态响应进行讨论和研究,得出供油压力、复位弹簧刚度以及内置阻尼孔对防爆三通比例减压阀动态性能的影响,为防爆三通比例减压阀设计和使用提供理论依据.
In the hydraulic control system of coal mining equipment,the explosion-proof three-way proportional pressure reducing valve has a wide range of applications and can be used as the pilot valve of the control valve group in the electro-hydraulic control system.Mainly analyzed the basic structure and working principle of the explosion-proof three-way proportional pressure reducing valve,established a model simulation analysis through software,discussed and studied the dynamic response of the explosion-proof three-way proportional pressure reducer,and obtained the influences of oil supply pressure,return spring stiffness and the built-in orifice on the dynamic performance of the explosionpro of three-way proportional pressure reducing valve.It provides a theoretical basis for the design and use of the explosion-proof three-way proportional pressure reducing valve.
