迁车台在矿井辅助提升系统改造中的应用研究

Research on Application of Transfer Platform in Mine Auxiliary Hoisting System Overhaul

副斜井辅助提升系统通过升级改造实现无轨胶轮车升井和液压支架整体升降。首次提出在副斜井井口房外布置迁车台代替车场,可以避免因车场空间不足无法改造,副斜井井口房也无需重建,节约成本。迁车台是整个改造中的关键设备之一。迁车台的应用保障了矿井提升效率,提供了充足的绑扎时间,是一种创新性尝试。

The auxiliary hoisting system of the auxiliary slope-shaft realizes the trackless rubber-tyred truck lifting and hydraulic support overall hoisting and lowering through upgrading overhaul.First time proposed arrange a transfer platform outside the auxiliary slope-shaft wellhead room to replace the parking lot,which can avoid that the parking lot space is insufficient,the auxiliary slope-shaft wellhead room does not need to be rebuilt,thus saves costs.Transfer platform is one of the key equipment in the whole reconstruction.The application of the transfer platform ensures the efficiency of the mine hoisting and provides sufficient binding time,which is an innovative attempt.
