掘采装备行走部可靠性研究

摘要 针对掘采装备行走部可靠性问题,运用故障模式、影响及危害性分析(FMECA)的基本理论,分析了行走部故障模式、故障严酷度和发生频度,建立了行走部故障危害性矩阵。获得了行走部履带板有裂纹、链轮齿磨损、电机高温等8项重点故障模式,从供应商质量管理体系审查、加工工艺监造、关键元部件试验等方面提出了行走部可靠性改进建议,对于提升行走部可靠性具有参考价值。 Aiming at the reliability problem of the walking part of mining equipment,the basic theory of failure mode,effects and criticality analysis(FMECA)was applied,the fault mode,severity,and frequency of the walking part were analyzed,the hazard matrix for the walking part faults had been established.Eight key fault modes were obtained,including cracks in the track shoes of the walking part,sprocket tooth wear,high temperature of the motor and other.Suggestions for improving the reliability of the walking parts were proposed from aspects such as supplier quality management system review,manufacturing process supervision and key component testing,which has reference value for improving the reliability of the walking part.
