采煤机变频器实现单双牵引切换的方法

采煤机在实际使用过程中,由于变频器发生故障或需要辨别2台变频器牵引方向是否一致等原因,经常需要让采煤机进行单牵引运行。传统的方式需要打开电控箱盖板手动操作变频器控制盘进行单牵引功能设置或者使用机械按钮进行切换,这一过程繁琐、工作量大、维护困难。为了解决这些问题,提出了一种更安全、便捷的方法,为煤矿采煤机的维护提供便利。

In the actual use of the shearer,due to the failure of the frequency converters or the need to identify whether the traction direction of the two frequency converters is consistent,it is often necessary to let the shearer carry out single traction operation.The traditional way needs to open the cover plate of the electric control box to manually operate the inverter control panel for single traction function setting or use mechanical buttons to switch,this process is cumbersome,the workload is large,and the maintenance is difficult.In order to solve those problems,proposed a safer and more convenient method,which provides convenience for the maintenance of coal mine shearer.
