摘要
掘锚机使用过程中,截割减速机内的润滑油会产生大量的热量,温度过高会损坏截割减速机内部的轴承、密封等零部件。提出了一种新型掘锚机截割减速机循环润滑冷却系统,布置于截割减速机内部,结构紧凑。齿轮泵经输入轴组由截割电机间接驱动,不需要额外动力源。高温润滑油经过冷却器冷却后经截割减速机壳体上预加工的各润滑油路送至各润滑点,润滑各级齿轮及轴承。经过系统循环冷却使得减速机内润滑油的温度降下来,维持在合理范围内,从而克服润滑油温度过高导致截割减速机各零部件的破坏、停机降温等不足。
During the use of the excavating and anchoring machine,the lubricating oil in the cutting reducer will produce a lot of heat,and the high temperature will damage the bearing,seal and other parts of the cutting reducer.Proposed a new type of circulating lubrication and cooling system for cutting reducer of excavating and anchoring machine,which is arranged in the cutting reducer and has compact structure.The gear pump is indirectly driven by the cutting motor through the input shaft group,no additional power source is required.The high temperature lubricating oil is cooled by the cooler and sent to the lubrication points by the pre-processed lubricating oil paths on the housing of the cutting reducer to lubricate the gears and bearings.The temperature of the lubricating oil in the reducer can be kept in a reasonable range by the system circulating cooling,which can overcome the defects of cutting the parts of the reducer and stopping the machine.
