摘要
针对煤矿主运输煤流线控制方式自动化程度低和低负载(无煤或少煤)情况下“大马拉小车”引起高能耗、设备磨损的问题,利用智能摄像仪、可编程控制箱、上位机设计了具有逆煤流启动、顺煤流停车和顺煤流启动、顺煤流停车2种启动模式的带式输送机智能调速系统,满足了智能化矿山的使用要求。
Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and equipment wear caused by the“big horse for small cart”under the conditions of low automation and low load(material coal or less coal)of the main coal transportation flow line control mode in coal mine,an intelligent speed control system for belt conveyor with two startup modes of reverse coal flow start and downstream coal flow stop,downstream coal flow start and downstream coal flow stop was designed by using intelligent camera,programmable control box and host computer,which meets the use requirements of intelligent mine.
