基于LabVIEW与微信小程序的数字液压缸测控系统设计

摘要 为研究数字液压缸在乳化液作为工作介质时位移控制精度表现情况,设计了一种基于LabVIEW与微信小程序的数字液压缸测控系统。该系统主要有数据采集、实时状态监测、参数配置、数据回放分析等功能,同时支持电脑和手机移动端进行数据交互。研究结果表明,该系统具有数据传输稳定、实时性好、工作效率高等特点,可为后续开发矿用数字液压缸产品提供参考。 In order to study the performance of displacement control accuracy of digital hydraulic cylinders when emulsion is used as the working medium,a digital hydraulic cylinder measurement and control system based on LabVIEW and WeChat applet was designed.The main functions of the system are data collection,real-time condition monitoring,parameter configuration and data playback analysis,and supports data interaction between computer and mobile terminal.The research result shows that the characteristics of the system are stable data transmission,good real-time performance and high efficiency,which can provide a reference for the subsequent development of mining digital hydraulic cylinder products.
