“一带一路”国家绿色建筑发展与我国绿色建筑国际化策略

Green Building Development in“the Belt and Road”Countries and the International Strategy of Green Building in China

绿色建筑是“一带一路”共建国家建筑业可持续发展的重要手段,了解共建国家绿色建筑发展程度是绿色“一带一路”建设的必要条件。通过调研分析“一带一路”共建国家绿色建筑发展进程,梳理共建国家绿色建筑发展脉络,明确共建国家绿色建筑发展中的典型特征,归结提出“一带一路”共建国家绿色建筑发展分为“萌芽—形成—发展—成熟”4个阶段,各阶段特征分别以“引入先发标准开展实践、建立专职机构推广理念、制定标准和激励政策推动发展、丰富内涵外延促进创新”为发展特征。针对共建国家绿色建筑不同发展阶段,提出我国绿色建筑“引导—竞争—合作—融合”的国际化发展策略,为服务我国绿色“一带一路”建设提供借鉴。

For“the Belt and Road”countries,green building development is an important method for sustainable development of the construction industry,therefore it is necessary to comprehend its development condition for green construction of“the Belt and Road”.Through investigation and analysis of the green building development history in“the Belt and Road”countries,the development pathway was sorted out,the typical characteristics were defined.Green building development in“the Belt and Road”countries were summarized as four phases:“sprout-formation-development-maturity”.The characteristic of each phase is respectively:the introduction of pioneer standards to carry out practice,the establishment of specialized institutions to promote green building concept,the formulation of standards and incentive policies,and the enrichment of connotation and extension to encourage innovation.In view of the different development phases of green building construction in“the Belt and Road”countries,the international development strategy of green building-“guidance-competition-cooperation-integration”is proposed to provide reference for China’s green construction for“the Belt and Road”initiatives.
