上海地区办公建筑形体设计阶段能耗限额研究

摘要 国家和地方已出台各类能耗标准和合理用能指南,大部分针对运行阶段的总能耗进行限额,但运行用能限额无法应用到设计阶段。因此,给出设计阶段用能限额指标,是实现用能限额工作从设计到运营闭环的重要内容。公共建筑作为典型的高耗能建筑,具备很高的节能潜力和压力。选取公共建筑中占比最大的办公建筑作为研究对象,综合技术定额法和统计定额法,以大量的能耗模拟数据作为统计分析样本,划定办公建筑形体设计阶段能耗限额指标。建立了高层和超高层办公建筑供暖空调能耗回归方程,可应用于形体设计初期阶段建筑能耗的快速判断。研究结果可为制定节能政策及指导设计实践提供理论和技术支撑。 National and local governments have issued various energy consumption standards and guidelines for rational energy use,most of which limit the total energy consumption during the operation stage.But the operating energy limit cannot be applied to the design stage.Therefore,providing the energy consumption quotas during the design stage is an important part of achieving a closed-loop of energy limit work from design to operation.As typical high energy consumption buildings-public buildings have high energy-saving potential and pressure.Office buildings,which accounts for the largest proportion of public buildings,are selected as the research object.Research combines the technical quota method and statistical quota method.Using a large amount of energy consumption simulation data as statistical analysis samples,the energy consumption quotas for the design stage of office buildings are determined.And regression equations for the energy consumption of heating and air conditioning in high-rise and super high-rise office buildings have been established,which can be used for rapid judgment of building energy consumption in the early stage of shape design.The research results can provide theoretical and technical support for formulating energy-saving policies and guiding design practices.
