寒冷地区近零能耗装配式复合墙保温构造设计

摘要 “装配式+近零能耗建筑”的协同发展对装配式建筑外墙板和墙板连接节点的保温性能提出了更高要求。以装配式复合墙结构体系(Prefabricated Composite Wall,PCW)为例,应用二维稳态传热模拟软件THERM和有限元数值模拟计算软件ANSYS,对其采用干式连接的4类关键构造节点进行传热模拟,分析了各节点室内表面最低温度和线传热系数。并以近零能耗为导向,提出了寒冷地区PCW装配式复合墙板的保温构造设计方案。研究表明:当墙板结构层内部填充保温材料为180 mm厚EPS、外保温层为110 mm厚聚氨酯时,预制外墙板的整体厚度相对较小,且同时满足近零能耗建筑外墙传热系数和节点热桥线传热系数的规范限值要求。 Developing the“prefabricated buildings aiming at near-zero energy”depends on high thermal insulation between the connections and external wall panels.The heat transfer of four types of critical joints using dry connection in Prefabricated Composite Wall(PCW)structural system are analyzed,using the two-dimensional steady-state heat transfer simulation software-THERM and the finite element numerical simulation software-ANSYS.The minimum indoor surface temperature and linear heat transfer coefficient of each joint are discussed.Aiming nearly zero energy buildings,the thermal insulation structure design scheme of PCW fabricated composite wall panel in cold area is proposed,which is 180 mm-thick infilled insulation of Expanded Polystyrene(EPS)and 110 mm-thick external insulation layer of polyurethane.The simulation results show the thickness of the wall panel is relatively thin,and it can meet the limitations of the heat transfer coefficient of the exterior wall and linear thermal transmittance of thermal bridge around connections according to the building design standard for nearly zero energy.
