摘要
通过调研对养老院所存在的健康管理服务存在的问题进行分析,探讨如何能够提供更好的健康管理服务。采用服务设计的方法,分析养老院健康管理的痛点和设计切入点。结合老人对健康管理服务改善的预期,提出了基于移动互联网背景下养老院健康管理服务系统的优化整合设计,旨在进一步提高以用户为中心的健康管理服务的满意度,从而解决了我国老龄化和养老院健康管理问题。
In order to improve the well-being of the elderly in nursing homes,how to provide better health management services.This paper sorts out and analyzes the problems existing in the nursing home health management service,and constructs a daily health management service design system suitable for the elderly in the nursing home.From the perspective of service design method R,this paper analyzes the pain points and design entry points in the health management of nursing homes,and puts forward a systematic and economical design mode of daily health management services for the elderly including health management service App.Combined with the elderly's expectations for the improvement of health management services,an optimization and integration design of the health management service system of nursing homes based on the background of mobile Internet is proposed,aiming to further improve the satisfaction of user-centered health management services,and to improve the health of aging and nursing homes in my country.Management issues provide new thinking and methods.
