基于情感需求的养老社区景观设计研究——以成都锦瑭养老社区为例

RESEARCH ON THE LANDSCAPE DESIGN OF SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY BASED ON EMOTIONAL NEEDS——TAKE CHENGDU JINTANG RETIREMENT COMMUNITY AS AN EXAMPLE

进入21世纪以来,我国人口老龄化的问题日益凸显。养老社区逐渐成了老年人选择的一种养老环境,为探究老年人对于养老社区景观的需求。文章以老年人的情感需求为出发点,运用文献研究法、案例研究法,找到养老社区景观的现存问题。提出了特定的设计策略,以成都锦瑭社区为例,展示了老年人情感需求在养老社区景观上的应用。通过设计让老年人在社区景观中获得安全感、归属感和价值感。

Since entering the 21st century,the problem of aging population in China has become increasingly prominent.Retirement communities have gradually become a kind of retirement environment chosen by the elderly,in order to explore the needs of the elderly for the landscape of retirement communities.The article takes the emotional needs of the elderly as the starting point,and uses literature research method and case study method to find the existing problems of senior community landscape.Specific design strategy is proposed,taking Chengdu Jintang Community as an example,shows the application of the emotional needs of the elderly on the landscape of the nursing community.Design to give seniors a sense of security,belonging and value in the community landscape.
