摘要
有效获取普通居民、志愿者和医护人员对核酸检测的用户需求及其权重,并确定核酸采样机器人的关键性用户需求。运用访谈法总结出各项用户需求,并结合KJ法对需求项目进行梳理和分类;最后根据AHP层次分析法,通过专业人员对需求项进行比较和评价,得到需求项的权重。功能性需求和安全性需求的重要度权重最大,是核酸采样机器人设计过程中需要着重考虑的关键性用户需求。以实际案例验证KJ-AHP结合的研究方法具有可行性。
Effectively obtain user requirements and their weights for nucleic acid testing from the general population,volunteers and healthcare professionals,and identify critical user requirements for nucleic acid sampling robots.The interview method is used to summarize each user requirement,and combined with the KJ method to sort and classify the requirement items;finally,according to the AHP hierarchical analysis method,the requirement items are compared and evaluated by professionals to get the weight of the requirement items.Functional requirements and safety requirements have the highest weight of importance and are the key user requirements to focus on during the design of the nucleic acid sampling robot.The feasibility of the combined KJ-AHP research method is verified with practical cases.
