基于有限元分析的大型水轮机轴联销钉拔销强度及寿命预测方法

摘要 销钉拔销系统是大型水轮机轴联检修中拆解联轴的必要设备,其强度和寿命影响使用过程的安全。本文针对大型水轮机轴联销钉拔销系统强度和寿命预测问题,提出了一种基于有限元分析的销钉拔销系统强度和寿命预测新方法。首先,基于有限元分析构建起销钉拔销系统有限元模型;然后,根据各有限单元的应力和应变分布特征,结合SWT模型,建立起销钉拔销系统的强度与寿命预测模型。在销钉拔销系统有限元模型中,简化了非线性预测问题,将其转化为线性预测问题,以提高基于有限元模型的强度与寿命预测模型的求解速度。最后,通过计算机仿真,验证了所提出的预测模型可以实现快速、高精度的大型水轮机销钉拔销系统强度与寿命预测。 The pin pulling system is essential for disassembling the coupling in maintenance of the shaft coupling for a large hydraulic turbine,and its strength and service life affect the safety during its service.This paper proposes a new method of predicting the system strength and life based on the finite element analysis.Firstly,a finite element model of the system is established based on the finite element analysis.Next,a strength and life prediction model of the system is established based on the stress and strain distribution characteristics of each finite element and in combination with the SWT model.In the finite element model of the system,the nonlinear prediction problem is simplified and transformed into a linear prediction problem to improve the solving speed of the strength and life prediction model based on the finite element model.Finally,it is verified through computer simulation that the prediction model proposed in this paper can realize fast and high-precision strength and life prediction of the pin pulling system for the large hydraulic turbine.
