清代“三国志”题材精刻版画的艺术价值探究

Examination of the Artistic Value of Qing-Dynasty Fine Engraving Prints Themed on Records of the Three Kingdoms

作为中国小说史上的畅销书籍,《三国志》一直被不断刊刻,特别是明清之际,有不少精美的版本。清代“三国志”题材的版画,在艺术风格上百花齐放,其艺术价值并不亚于明代同题材版画。清初到清晚期“三国志”题材的精刻版画反映出清代版刻的绘刻技艺水平,通过对其发展的探究,能够厘清清代版画艺术风格的演变,从而挖掘整理清代版画的艺术成就。

As a bestseller in the history of Chinese novels, Records of the Three Kingdoms has been published many times and many editions with exquisite engravings came out between the Ming and Qing dynasties. The Qing-Dynasty editions, in particular, feature diverse artistic styles and high artistic value, on par with Ming-Dynasty editions. How the fine engravings themed on Records of the Three Kingdoms evolved from the early days to the late years of the Qing Dynasty reflects the development painting and engraving techniques during the Qing Dynasty, and reveal to us how the artistic style of engravings changed over time. Based on all these, this paper presents the artistic achievements of the Qing Dynasty in engraving.
