摘要
为了拓展用煤资源,钢铁企业正在挖掘高钙烟煤在高炉喷吹领域的应用潜力。以神东矿区27个成品销售煤种为主要研究对象,1种高炉喷吹常用烟煤和3种高炉喷吹常用无烟煤作为对比,采用国标进行检测,并结合描述性统计方法对比研究了神东高钙烟煤与高炉喷吹常用烟煤、无烟煤在煤质特性和高炉喷吹工艺性能指标两方面的优势和劣势。研究结果表明,与高炉喷吹常用烟煤28-山西烟煤相比,神东高钙烟煤具有低灰、高碳、高碳氢比(w(C)/w(H))、低氮、低硫、高热值、高钙以及高硅铝比的煤质特性,部分神东高钙烟煤还具有超低硫煤和特低硫煤特点;除1号煤、7号煤和22号煤灰分过高外,其余24种神东高钙烟煤均可用于高炉喷吹。此外,在高炉喷吹工艺性能指标方面,神东高钙烟煤的可磨性指数、着火点温度、爆炸性以及流动性指数和喷流性指数优于或接近高炉喷吹常用28-山西烟煤;但是神东高钙烟煤的灰熔点软化温度偏低,处于平均值1 147℃附近,通过优化配煤可以规避神东高钙烟煤灰熔点低的劣势,为神东高钙烟煤在高炉喷吹环节的合理高效应用提供保障。
In order to expand coal resources,iron and steel enterprises are exploring the application potential of high calcium bituminous coal in blast furnace injection.Taking the 27 finished coals for sale in Shendong mining area as the main research objects,one kind of bituminous coal and three kinds of anthracite commonly used for blast furnace injection were used as the comparisons,the advantages and disadvantages of Shendong high calcium bituminous coal and bituminous coal and anthracite commonly used in blast furnace injection were comparatively studied using the national detection standard combined with descriptive statistical methods in terms of coal quality characteristics and blast furnace injection process performance indicators.The results show that,compared with 28-Shanxi bituminous coal commonly used in blast furnace injection,Shendong high calcium bituminous coal has the coal quality characteristics of low ash,high carbon,high carbon-to-hydrogen ratio(w(C)/w(H)),low nitrogen,low sulfur,high calorific value,high calcium,as well as high silicon-aluminum ratio,some Shendong high calcium bituminous coals also have the characteristics of super-low sulfur coal and ultra-low sulfur coal.Except for the high ash content of No.l,No.7 and No.22 coals,the other 24 kinds of Shendong high calcium bituminous coal can be used for blast furnace injection.In addition,in terms of blast furnace injection process performance indicators,grindability index,ignition point temperature,explosiveness,fluidity index and jet flow index of Shendong high calcium bituminous coal are better than or close to 28-Shanxi bituminous coal.However,the ash melting point softening temperature of Shendong high calcium bituminous coal is relatively low,which is basically around the average value of 1147 C.By optimizing coal blending,the shortcoming of Shendong high calcium bituminous coal ash melting point can be avoided and provide guarantee for the reasonable and efficient application of Shendong high calcium bituminous coal in blast furnace injection process.
