摘要
本文以蒸青茶为例,针对绿色食品及绿色食品茶叶相关内容展开分析,讨论了绿色食品茶叶摊青、杀青、粗揉、揉捻、中揉、精揉、烘干、综合整理和匀堆成箱等环节的应用要求,旨在积累生产加工经验,提高绿色食品茶叶品质。
This paper takes steamed green tea as an example,analyzes the relevant contents of green food and green food tea,and discusses the application requirements of green food tea withering,green,rough kneading,rolling,middle kneading,fine kneading,drying,comprehensive finishing,and even stacking into boxes,aiming to accumulate production and processing experience and improve the quality of green food tea.
