桥式起重机集中控制平台的研制

在港口码头的众多起重设备中,桥式起重机有着非常重要的作用,因其具有装卸种类多样、装卸效率高、操作方便等特点,大量装备于厂内外作业区的固定跨间。一般的操作方法是只在司机室内的作业人员进行操作,劳动强度较大,操作效果无法保障,且具有健康危害。对此,本文提出构建集中控制系统平台,以实现桥式起重机一对多的远程控制。

Among the many lifting equipment in the port terminal,the overhead crane has a very important position,because it has the characteristics of various types of loading and unloading,high loading and unloading efficiency,convenient operation,etc.,and a large number of equipment is equipped in the fixed span of the operation area inside and outside the factory.The general operation method is only operated by operators in the driver's room,which is labor-intensive,the operation effect cannot be guaranteed,and has health hazards.In this regard,this paper proposes to build a centralized control system platform to realize one-to-many remote control of overhead cranes.
