本文系统探讨了传统和现代检测技术在食品检测中的应用。特别关注了分子生物学方法、传感器技术、质谱和光谱技术等先进方法在确保食品安全性方面的作用。深入分析了针对微生物、农药残留、食品添加剂以及重金属等特定食品安全挑战所采用的检测技术,强调了技术创新和跨学科合作在保障食品安全中的重要意义。
This paper systematically discusses the application of traditional and modern detection techniques in food detection.Special attention is paid to the role of advanced methods such as molecular biology methods,sensor technology,mass spectrometry and spectroscopy in ensuring food safety.An in-depth analysis of detection techniques used to address specific food safety challenges such as microorganisms,pesticide residues,food additives and heavy metals highlighted the importance of technological innovation and interdisciplinary cooperation in ensuring food safety.
