离子色谱法测定特殊医学用途配方奶粉中的硝酸盐含量研究

Determination of Nitrate Content in Infant Formula for Special Medical Purposes by Ion Chromatography

本研究建立了测定特殊医学用途配方奶粉中硝酸盐含量的方法,采用超声提取、SAX强阴离子固相萃取柱预先浓缩硝酸盐,再使用氢氧化钠溶液洗脱的方法净化对试样进行前处理;使用高容量阴离子交换色谱柱分离,抑制型电导检测器检测。结果表明,该方法准确、可靠,适用于特殊医学用途配方奶粉中硝酸盐含量的测定。

This study established a method to determine the nitrate content in formula milk powder for special medical purposes.Ultrasonic extraction and SAX strong anion solid-phase extraction columns were used to preconcentrate the nitrate,and then the sodium hydroxide solution elution method was used to purify and pretreat the sample,and use highcapacity anion exchange chromatography column for separation and suppression conductivity detector for detection.The results show that this method is accurate,reliable and suitable for the determination of nitrate content in formula milk powder for special medical purposes.
