摘要
本研究采用湿法消解和微波消解对样品进行前处理,采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱仪对样品中砷含量进行测定,通过单因素实验对湿法消解过程中的消解温度、硝酸添加量、高氯酸添加量及微波消解过程中的硝酸添加量、过氧化氢添加量、微波消解程序进行优化,计算两种前处理方法的回收率。
Wet digestion and microwave assisted digestion were used to digest the Chinese pricklyash,and the values of total arsenic were determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometer in this study.The pretreatment conditions of wet digestion including the digestion temperature,the amount of nitric acid and perchloric acid and the pretreatment conditions of microwave assisted digestion including the amount of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide,microwave digestion program were optimized by single factor experiment.The determination results of the two pretreatment methods were compared by the recovery rate.
