摘要
本研究采用原子荧光法,以测定圆白菜中总砷含量的不确定度,分析影响不确定度的因素,包括称量、标准溶液配制、移液和仪器重复测量等主要因素引入的不确定度,并对不确定度各分量进行计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果显示,当氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定食品中总砷时,此不确定度可用于偏离幅度的计算。
This study uses atomic fluorescence method to determine the uncertainty of total arsenic content in Chinese cabbage,analyzes the factors that affect the uncertainty,including the uncertainty introduced by main factors such as weighing,standard solution preparation,pipetting,and instrument repeated measurement,and calculates the composite standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty for each component of the uncertainty.The results show that when hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry is used to determine total arsenic in food,this uncertainty can be used for calculating the deviation amplitude.
